Liu was the commander-in-chief in the late Qing Dynasty. He is the commander of the 66th Army. He was the son of Liu Weiwen, the second emperor of the Qing Dynasty, and his daughter Liu Xiaowen was an aristocratic queen at the end of the Qing Dynasty.
