Liu was the commander-in-chief in the late Qing Dynasty. He is the commander of the 66th Army. He was the son of Liu Weiwen, the second emperor of the Qing Dynasty, and his daughter Liu Xiaowen was an aristocratic queen at the end of the Qing Dynasty. He is famous for being brave and good at fighting. He defeated the British and French allied forces many times and was captured by the British and French allied forces in the 1860 war. After that, he led the 66 th Army to bravely resist the enemy and bit the British and French Coalition forces for several months until the whole army was wiped out.
