Both. In Zhenjiang, Jiangda is Jiangsu University, and in Wuxi, it is Jiangnan University.
Jiangnan University, located in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, is a university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC), a national "world-class discipline construction university", a national "21/engineering" and "985 engineering advantage discipline innovation platform" key construction university, and has been selected into the national "1 1 plan" and the education and training plan for outstanding agricultural and forestry talents.

Jiangsu University is located in Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province. Approved by the Ministry of Education in August, 20001year, the former Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, Zhenjiang Medical College and Zhenjiang Normal College merged to form a comprehensive research university featuring engineering, which was jointly established by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Agriculture.
The history of running a school can be traced back to Sanjiang Normal School founded by Liu Kunyi, Zhang Zhidong and Wei Guangtao in 1902. 1978 was identified by the State Council as one of the 88 key universities in China, and in 198 1, it became the first batch of universities in China with the right to confer doctoral and master's degrees. The school is also one of the 74 "featured key projects" universities in China, and one of the first 6 1 "excellent engineer education and training plan" universities in China.
