Zhai Jiabin, male, born in June, 1965, graduated from Inner Mongolia Medical University with a master's degree in clinical basic medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, and is an associate professor, chief physician and tutor of master's students in the Department of Health Rehabilitation, College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Inner Mongolia Medical University. He is currently the deputy director of the National Health Industry Committee, a member of the Tuina Branch of the Chinese Medicine Association, and a disciple of Academician Shi Xuemin, a master of Chinese medicine.

He is a famous scientist who has taught in China University for many years. His research fields mainly focus on chemistry, physics and materials science. He has won the highest national science and technology award in China and many international academic research awards. At present, he is the deputy editor and editorial board member of many international journals and enjoys a certain reputation in the world.
