Hu Yingchun, 1975, a native of Sanzhi Township, Taibei County. He has shown a strong talent for sports since he was a child, and he has been fascinated by this sport since he came into contact with billiards. Hu Yingchun, known as "the first beauty in nine balls" in Taiwan Province, once won all the international women's nine-ball competitions like Xiao-Ting Pan.

Hu Yingchun went to Japan to learn ball in 1993, and studied under Japanese professional players Noda Takeshi and Miki Sayaka, and his ball skills improved rapidly. In a short period of time, she shocked the Japanese stage by defeating the Japanese women's first master, Nishiyama Xiaoxue, with 1 1-7. 1996 returned to Taiwan and won the "Anli Cup" World Women's Fancy Billiards Competition with absolute advantage, and entered the final together with teammate Zhang. Both of them also won the honorary title of "Best Athlete".
