Its painting style is simple, steady, rich and changeable, and the flowers and birds are lifelike. At the same time, it has the transparency, freshness and sense of volume of watercolor painting, which has created a precedent for China ceramic painting style and formed its own unique style. Its unique painting style has made great contributions to the excavation of new colors of Tangshan ceramics, and left a rich and colorful stroke in the history of Tangshan ceramic art. Therefore, Dong Lao attended the "National Arts and Crafts Design Commendation Conference" on 1978, and was received by Hua Guofeng and other central leading comrades and took a group photo with them.
