Work is the foundation of our life. For most of us, it is difficult to retire from work, so in this process, it will involve the corresponding problem of finding a job.

In the process of finding a job, the filling of resume is a university question. A good resume can make the interviewer have an impulse to wait for you and make you stand out from many job seekers.

Many people will be confused when filling in the column of work experience in their resumes. It may be because of mediocre performance at work, or it may be because of too little work experience.

Personally, I will refer to the following important principles when filling in my work experience:

1. Seek truth from facts When we fill in our work experience, we must seek truth from facts and don't make it up at will. Through our careless filling, we can certainly have a beautiful resume.

But such a beautiful resume will attract the attention of the interviewer, so there will be more questions to ask. If you can't answer, you will have a very bad impression and think you are dishonest.

Of course, we still have to choose some disgraceful work experience. Hide? Try to fill in the work experience that will make your eyes shine during the job search.

Second, the column describing your work experience in your resume is not only the interviewer's understanding of our work, but also the judgment of our ability and loyalty.

If you fill in too much work experience, you will leave a very disloyal impression on the interviewer. I don't think any enterprise will like disloyal employees.

So when we fill in the form, we can give a brief introduction of our proud work experience. The introduction mainly includes my own work content and some of my own work results.

If our work experience is too perfect, even if we can join the company smoothly; However, you may be fired because your ability and position don't match, so I personally don't recommend you to do such a thing.
