In Daqing, ordinary people may not know the name of the mayor, but they must have heard of "the tomb of Zhang Suzhen" or "the tomb of the old lady".
This tomb, located in the compound of the anniversary petroleum administration bureau, is in sharp contrast with the state organs and the surrounding high-rise buildings, yin and yang, superstition and science.
This tomb has now become a sacred place in Ma Xian, where people often come to burn incense and offer sacrifices. The old tree behind the grave is covered with red cloth.

There are many legends about this tomb. As long as it is known to all women and children, it has become a myth in Daqing. The northwest corner of Daqing Petroleum Administration Building is less than 5 meters. An old tree is covered with red stripes, and there is a tombstone underneath, which reads "Tomb of Zhang Suzhen, Gaotai County, Gansu Province", next to a modern tall building.

The tombstone reads: Zhang Suzhen, a native of Gaotai County, Gansu Province, came to Daqing during the war. Born in an ominous year, he died in March 1979. I have been kind and helpful all my life, so I have been resting here ever since.
It is said that when the Authority wanted to be in Gai Lou in this area, many graves in this area requested to be moved, and everyone basically moved, and of course compensation was given. So I started to build the building, but in the middle of it, I found that there was still a grave that had not been built, so I dug it up as a tomb without a owner. The foreman on the construction site called a bulldozer and put out the fire a few meters away from the grave, but I couldn't hit it. I also called a hook machine and went to the grave to put out the fire.
I felt that these two machines were too broken, so I called a new excavator, hooked it up and dropped a claw.
Now that no one dares to move, this matter will go away and continue to Gai Lou.
After the completion, this grave is also a disease in the heart of the management bureau. The leaders have not come for a long time, and they go once every six months and once a year. And things always happen, petitioners and troublemakers keep coming.
So, I asked someone to dig it manually, and the result was that people were confused, dizzy and vomited as soon as they got up. No one dug, and slowly no one dared to move.
Since then, this grave has never been touched, and it is still there. Because of the supernatural phenomenon in the old lady's grave, good men and women came here to make a wish. It is said that there are many effective ones, and since then, the old lady's grave has been filled with incense.
Legend has it that in order to contain this tomb, the master was invited to have a look, and 17 tall buildings were built around it, totaling 18.
These buildings are like eighteen arhats, with spires like swords at the top of eighteen tall buildings. With these eighteen arhats and eighteen swords, it is said that it is much safer now. Seen from the satellite map, the tall building is really shaped like the Big Dipper. Everyone says this is a town, so we should curb this grave.
According to a local friend, the grave is 2 meters away from the window of his friend's duty room. A foreign monk once studied in front of the grave for 7 days and lived next to it at night.
