Comrade Wang Guohua was born in Jinxian County, Liaoning Province on August 1933. He is a Han Chinese. 1948 studied in the middle school attached to Fu Jen Catholic University in Beijing in July. While at school, he actively moved closer to the party organization. In February, 1949, 195 1 joined China.

During his many years of revolutionary career, Comrade Wang Guohua served as director of the Supervision Committee of Beijing Municipal Committee, propaganda minister of Pinggu County Committee of the Communist Party of China, head of the propaganda group of Daxing County Committee of the Communist Party of China, deputy director of the office of Beijing Agricultural Machinery Bureau, director of the secretariat of the general office of Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, deputy director of the Party Journal Office of the general office of Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China (director level), member of the Standing Committee of the Eighth Committee of China People's Political Consultative Conference, deputy director of the Literature and History Committee, and representative of the Sixth People's Congress of Beijing from June 65438 to July 1March 1989 concurrently served as the director of the office of Beijing Local Records Compilation Committee,1May 1995 concurrently served as the director of the office of Beijing Local Records Compilation Committee. 65438+1retired with the approval of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China in July 1999. He died in Beijing on 20071October 29th 14: 32 at the age of 73.
