The Story of Ananda Buddha: A Buddhist Disciple's Way of Practice
Ananda, the youngest brother of the Buddha, is also one of the cleverest and most diligent disciples of the Buddha.

Once, I took a alms bowl and went to the village to ask for water. When he entered the village, Ananda saw a well by which a young woman was drawing water. The girl turned around when she heard the voice, and the two men looked at each other, unaware that their hearts were pounding.

The girl said, "I'm sudra, and I'm in a low position. I dare not fetch water for my master. " Ananda said: "All beings are equal, and there is no difference. Dropping water is also a kind of kindness. " The girl listened to Wan Er's smile, took the alms bowl, filled it with water and returned it to Ananda. Ananda took the alms bowl from the girl. In an instant, her fingertips touched slightly, and Ananda felt a shock unconsciously. ...

Ananda thanked him and went back. When he met the Buddha, he couldn't help but kneel down and cry, saying that he was glad to see the woman. I was afraid that he had fallen into the world of mortals. The Buddha told Ananda calmly, "Joy is in your heart, and I can't replace you! Beyond in your heart, I can't help you! "

The Buddha got up, accompanied by Ananda, but he kept thinking about the woman by the well. Later, the Buddha was silent, and the venerable Mahayana was the ancestor, leading Buddhist disciples to learn from the scriptures. Ananda wanted to preach Buddhist scriptures in the temple, but the venerable Ye Jia stopped him and said, How can we preach Buddhist scriptures without eliminating bad karma? He said, Ananda, if you can enter through the keyhole, you will be allowed to enter the temple.

Ananda hung his head sadly and went back to the house to think hard about the way into the temple. After staying all night, I felt bald, and I couldn't help sighing when I saw that the East was all white. Ananda slumped to lie down, his back touched the bed board, and his heart was suddenly enlightened, as if the past was vivid and life was over. Ananda immediately sat up, facing the morning light, and the spring blossoms.

Early in the morning, Ananda came to the outside of the hall. Ye Jia was already standing outside the hall to see how Ananda got through the hole. I saw Ananda with a solemn face and a low eyebrow, and went straight to the door. He stood for a moment without hesitation. He just pushed his hands gently and the door of the temple suddenly opened. Ye Jia nodded and smiled, Ananda entered the room. A clear voice declared, "If I heard that for a while, the Buddha was ..."
