The most efficient way is to hand it over to the headhunting company. Generally speaking, headhunting companies don't make a diploma list for graduate students, and occasionally make achievements with undergraduate cases.

If it's lower, you should write your own resume and post it on major recruitment websites, and then submit a large number of resumes. If you are invited to an interview, you should communicate by phone first, weigh the chances (for example, if someone wants to be proficient in English, but I don't pass CET-4, don't go to the interview), and then decide whether to conduct an on-site interview.
