On April 27th, 2004, Liberia time, Zhang Cennan, deputy commander of the Peacekeeping Corps of Engineers, Wang Jun, instructor of Lei Feng Company, Li Youbao and Li Guichen, monitor of Lei Feng Class Two, arrived at the University of Liberia, the highest institution of learning in Liberia, with the bilingual book The Story of Lei Feng, the bronze statue of Lei Feng and more than 20 white shirts printed with "Spreading the spirit of Lei Feng and safeguarding world peace".
