According to the inquiry of Tianjin Education Bureau, Tianshui Meilan Middle School was founded in August 2004. It is an independent full-time private high school approved by Tianshui Education Bureau and filed by Provincial Education Department. As of February 3, 2022, the school has not stopped running, so the school is still there.

Since the first students took part in the college entrance examination in 2006, Tianshui Meilan has completed the college entrance examination index task assigned by the Education Bureau 100% every year.
