Should I give each examiner a resume during the second interview?
It is better for you to print more resumes before the interview and give one to each examiner.

There are two ways:

The first one: give it directly to the person sitting in the middle, because generally the person sitting in the middle is the person who has the right to decide. After greeting the three interviewers, first, put the head of your resume towards yourself with both hands, and bend slightly to hand it to the other party, which shows respect and attention to the other party, and second, it is convenient for the other party to watch it to show caution. At the same time say trouble. This method is the best.

If you have prepared three resumes, you can extract them, or pass them to the middle, then to the right and finally to the left. Note that the left and right here are not your right hands, but the right hands of the middleman, because in business, the right hand is respected, which is contrary to China tradition.

Second, if there are other interviewers before, when you interview yourself, you can first look at who is in front of the rest of the resume and give it to whom. This method is not recommended.
