Second, self-evaluation: refuse to flatter yourself.
When writing resumes, many people often ignore the last important link-self-evaluation, scribbling a few cliches, which will not play any role except wasting space.
Diligent and self-motivated-pure rhetoric without any information increment is generally classified as invalid information.
Enthusiastic and cheerful, dare to express, big-minded-divorced from the JD needs of the post, there is no case evidence, belonging to unilateral self-satisfaction.
Self-evaluation is the core of resume, so be sure to write what the interviewer cares about! Formula: specific case+job details+job matching+job will. For example:

Writing about work experience is not only simply listing what you have done, but also showing the results of your output data. But to show HR how to analyze a specific problem? What ideas can be implemented? What is the final result?
Four. Project experience
Writing ideas:
1. What problems did the project presented at that time encounter?
2. What ideas do I use to analyze the situation?
3. What solutions, technologies and resources have I used to solve the problem?
4. What was the output result of the project at that time? Do you have specific data?
5. What is the summary after the project? Is there the ability to reuse migration?
Project experience framework: star model, from background to result, focusing on data and reflection.
Context: Under what circumstances do you accept the task? Time+place+background.
Task: content, scale and nature of the project. Concrete+time limit+quantification.
Action: What action was taken to complete the task? What difficulties have you encountered? How to deal with it?
Result Result: What is the result? What contribution have you made? Reflection+summary.
