Changes in appearance after mental awakening

Changes in appearance after mental awakening. It is said that women's universities have changed eighteen times, and the more they grow up, the more beautiful they become. In fact, this is a process of spiritual awakening. I didn't know it at first, but when I grew up, I experienced it and lost my innocence as a child. More and more aura and temperament, let's share the changes in appearance after spiritual awakening.

Adia Ashanti was born in 1962 and now lives in Northern California. As a westerner, he failed to hide his inner oriental quality (learning Zen) and was called the mentor of post-Zen.

He began to explore "enlightenment" and "truth" at the age of 19, and had his first experience of enlightenment in his twenties to get a glimpse of his true nature. He didn't stop exploring inward.

After 15 intensive meditation, he experienced ultimate enlightenment and entered the realm of freedom without self.

During the period of 1996, he experienced a series of spiritual awakening. After studying with a meditation teacher for 14 years, Adia Shanti began his teaching career.

He has published books on spiritual enlightenment, such as Real Practice, Dance of Emptiness, After Awakening, Living in Grace, etc.

In the book, he wrote:

Personally, I first caught a glimpse of the reality behind the scenes at the age of 25.

This is a short awakening, not an eternal awakening. However, something brought by that awakening never left me.

Somewhere in my heart, I always knew that everything was one-I was eternal, without birth, death or creation.

I understand that my essence is not restricted or imprisoned by my personality structure or the body I seem to live in.

The world I used to know and myself I used to know completely collapsed.

Tammy: At the age of 25, you experienced what you call "the first awakening". You mentioned that you heard a voice say to you, "keep walking, keep walking."

What's that noise?

Would you call it your conscience, your inner silence or your inner voice?

Adia: Either one will do.

Tammy: It seems that each of us has this inner voice, and then this inner voice will prevent us from taking our spiritual consciousness for ourselves and turning it into a personal power game.

Did you hear that voice saying that your consciousness is incomplete, but not everyone can have this inner voice?

Adia: In a sense, yes.

Actually, we are all the same, so we all have the same potential. However, from a relative perspective, the question is whether everyone will hear their inner voice. Obviously, not everyone will hear it.

What is the inner voice of this wisdom?

This is what I call sincerity.

It is our inner wisdom, guiding us to stay on the right track.

In a sense, I think almost everyone has heard this quiet little voice.

An example I often give is that you once dated a man or a woman and it turned out badly. There's a voice inside you saying, "Don't do the same thing again."

But then we met someone else. We didn't listen to the sound. We are in love. That man is very sexy. We just want to be with him (her).

Finally, we found that the quiet little voice was right, and we shouldn't continue dating that person. Finally, the relationship broke down and finally the silent little voice won.

So this quiet little voice is not mysterious. I think most people have heard this voice at some point. But we are good at listening and not listening.

We want that quiet little voice to prove ourselves. Tell us why. A good sign to judge whether our inner voice is true or not is that it never defends itself.

If you ask it, "Why?" You will only get silence.

If you ask it to explain itself, it won't.

This quiet little voice doesn't need to do this, and it never needs to.

If you say to yourself, ask it, "Why?" It will answer you right away. If you ask yourself, "Does this mean everything will be all right?" It will give you a bunch of guarantees.

However, the quiet little voice in our hearts is inherently uncertain about this. It never provides any guarantee.

That voice is a gift. Either we listen or we don't.

Why do I listen to others and not listen? I don't know. I can't say why. I'm just glad that as far as I'm concerned, the sound is there and I can hear it. It's always in my mind.

By the way, I don't always follow its guidance. Many times I don't listen.

Tammy: Is that voice like a guide and protector, or is it just a part of our thoughts and true selves?

Adia: I think everyone is. It is a guide, a protector and a stream of existence. By the way, this stream of wisdom does not always appear in the form of sound. You can't just hear it.

For me, at a certain stage, I seldom hear it in the form of sound. At other times, it's just a sound.

As I said before, when I woke up for the first time, the voice said to me, "This is not all awakening. Keep moving." This is an auditory experience.

But now, this wisdom that guides me is more in the form of a flow, more like feeling the energy flow in life. Sound is also a form of flow.

I think when we can't feel the natural flow of life, the flow to the left or right, the flow of this or that, it must become sound.

Many of us are not sensitive enough to feel, so the flow appears in the form of sound.

But for me, at this stage, it is more like following the natural flow of life. As Taoism says, go with the flow.

So it has different aspects.

It is a flow, a voice, a voice that protects you, your advisor and your conscience, but it is not the conscience that society teaches us.

It is a different conscience. Because society teaches that our conscience is our superego, and conscience always contains judgment.

This is not superego, but something else. This comes from a completely different state of being.

Changes in appearance after spiritual awakening 2 Although we can't change the world around us, we must change ourselves.

Where there are many people, it is difficult to make progress by following the crowd and being pushed by life. Only your own thinking ability is the most precious. Read at least one book every month. You can choose the books you are interested in. Just listen to books that you really don't understand. There are many apps for listening to songs. Reading can increase your ability to talk, make more excellent friends, and be the main source of your knowledge and inspiration. When I run, I feel depressed, tired or depressed, so I run.

The Internet said: "Three kilometers are dedicated to all kinds of dissatisfaction, five kilometers are dedicated to all kinds of internal injuries, and ten kilometers are not invaded." Indeed, every time I run, my mood will get better, and all my troubles and unhappiness will disappear. I'm very busy at work and part-time recently. When I come back from working overtime every day, I still write part-time, and all weekends are part-time. I don't write press releases, media articles, forum articles, just planning and PPT. I used to be exhausted, but because I kept running, even if I only slept for five hours every day and started working the next day, I could still survive. Running can not only make me feel good and energetic, but also make me slim and beautiful. My weight is 104 kg, and now my weight is only 92 kg, and my skin has changed from dark yellow to white and translucent. I haven't run for 2-3 days now, and I feel very uncomfortable, which is very different from the feeling that I hated running and refused to run 1 years ago. Last time I went home, I saw a friend I hadn't seen for a long time. He told me that I lost a lot of weight and became younger and more beautiful.

Try something new.

Recently, I watched the video of actor Liu Mintao's speech "Middle-aged Rebellion" and was deeply moved. At the peak of my career, I gave up my career and chose to get married and become a housewife. Step by step, let her live a dull and pale life in the beautiful years that should be dazzling. At the age of 37, she finally decided to end this marriage and live according to her own wishes. At the age of 40, she ushered in a new peak in her life. She said that she used to be a good girl, and she had to follow the rules in everything she did. After the divorce, she cut off her long hair and boldly put on a skirt with suspenders. Her beautiful back and middle-aged rebellion made her discover a different self and be free. I got to know myself in her speech. I have always been a clever girl, and I dare not ignore what my elders say. I remember going to a friend's house for dinner. I didn't eat staple food at night, but I was repeatedly invited by his parents. I was afraid of disappointing his parents' kindness and ate a big bowl of rice that night.

But blindly following the script and following the crowd can't make me like myself. In order to overcome the pain of lovelorn love, I began to change myself, try to travel to Qingdao by myself, jump from 4000m, try to write media and read a book a week ... Now, I will learn to make up, grow long hair and try to show my shoulders and navel more boldly ... Looking back on the past year, I am glad that I chose this way to get through the trough, instead of eating and crying day and night. Experiencing new things and challenging your comfort zone is an exciting adventure, which makes you see yourself in a different way.

Discover what you are good at and love;

Many readers often tell me that life is too boring. When I am busy at work, I feel hollowed out. When I do nothing at work, I feel like a hooligan. I don't want to do anything but lie in bed and play with my mobile phone. Probably because I can't find what I want to do. On the road of life, you can rarely find what you like, what you can persist in, and what you like. I think this is also the truest self! I used to be a gangster in my life. I insisted on being a self-media for a year. Although it is not an achievement, every time I see my friends leave me a message, or that my article can bring them strength, I know that every word I write is meaningful.

Personality is a little impatient, because I wrote the media and read books, and gradually became quiet and peaceful. I began to learn to focus on solving problems, not problems, and found many articles about operating media. Stephen Cohen once said, "Only by changing yourself can we change the status quo; Change yourself before you can change your view of the problem.

Change begins with the way we look at things.

How to reinvent yourself, just like yourself a year ago, has nothing to do with other people's problems, their own problems, their own problems, and their own problems. Self-responsibility, facing the reality, not complaining, and constant self-growth can lead to a happy life. I wrote so much, in fact, I want everyone to find their own happiness and goals in their busy and confused lives, stick to their original intentions and live a glorious life.
