Who knows the information about the Libeijing mine disaster in Limin Coal Mine, Lengshuijiang, Hunan Province in 2000? Beg. . . .
It has been more than ten years. I was the secretary of Li Beijing's general branch office. It was a coal and gas outburst accident, which happened on the night of September 18, 2000, that is, around 2 am.

There are 23 people on duty, including monitor Wu Xin 'an and deputy monitor Cheng. There is a belt worker and seven drivers on duty. From the working face to the coal hopper, the coal turns 90 degrees, and then the coal is sent to the small coal hopper by the belt, and then the coal is sent to the five riprap chutes below by the small coal hopper (note: these five riprap chutes are not on the same level as one belt of the upper two chutes, so it is safer to go down). Except for these drivers, he has entered the working face.

The first job in the working face is to drill holes with a coal electric drill. After drilling the hole for a while, the monitor Wu Xin 'an said, I went to the ground to get the drill bit and entertain the vice monitor, saying that I would not shoot until I came down. So Wu walked along the return air lane and entered the main shaft where pedestrians went up the mountain through the air door. When he walked about 100 from the wellhead, he only felt a cold wind behind him and gave him a hard blow. ...

The young monitor Wu was transferred from Lumaojiang Coal Mine. Because of his excellent work, he became the monitor, but he didn't work in the outburst prevention mine, but he was willing to use his head and report the situation to the dispatching room immediately after he got out of the wellhead. Zhou Yafan, the dispatcher, observed the exhaust fan with him and found that the fan was working normally. So Wu went down to report to Zhou.

Wu thought there must be a reason this time, and he could not enter the working face from the return air lane, so he chose to go down the mountain from the main transportation and enter the working face through the belt road. When he took the head of the belt conveyor, he found that Zhang Yu, the driver of the belt conveyor (who was later rescued without any serious problems), vomited blood and foam ... At this time, he completely confirmed that coal and gas outburst occurred in the working face and reported the situation to the dispatching room.

The intense rescue work began. Because the working face cut is a 30-degree uphill cut, all outstanding coal is accumulated along the uphill pass to Shantiankou at the cut, about 180 tons. The head valve was crushed to death and the coal could not be pulled out, but the job of finding someone did not stop. Because of the shooting incident, everyone was evacuated to the downhill chute, so the victims were basically found in the cutting chute. Some of them got entangled in belts or miner's lamps while running. The two drivers of the valve always sleep in the small holes in their noses. The hardest thing to find is the deputy squad leader Cheng, who was found at the end of the whole rescue work. He was at the exit of the return air lane in the working face, probably standing guard in the return air lane after the shooting, and returned to the working face after the shooting. I didn't expect to meet a prominent one just after I got to the upper exit. ...

Number of victims: all the people working in the working face except monitor Wu Xin 'an. In addition, there are 15 drivers near the working face. Zhang Yu, the driver of Wushi casting valve and belt driver, and Wu Xin 'an, the monitor, also survived. The rescue work lasted for seven days, and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, relevant provincial departments and Loudi Public Security Brigade came to the scene one after another.

Causes of the accident: First, there was no long-distance shooting, and the shooting position from the cut to the downhill chute was only 100 meter. Second, the workers didn't bring the self-rescuer (it wasn't equipped in the mine at that time). Third, outburst prevention measures are not in place. Although drainage has been carried out, it is actually a systematic project, and strong winds can't see the effect in a short time. Without outburst prevention equipment and electric drill pipe with a diameter of 75mm, it is impossible to prevent outburst quickly. Fourthly, I made an empirical mistake, thinking that Limin Coal Mine only has coal roadway excavation and coal outburst in Shimen, and the formed working face will not be impacted. I can't figure it out, but Bailey's working face is also outstanding.

Alas, the unforgettable years are all my colleagues.
