If it is a Japanese-funded enterprise, you will be asked to provide a Japanese resume. If not, you generally don't need a Japanese resume. Japanese (translation and oral) will be tested during the interview.

It is best to make your own Japanese resume and Chinese resume in Word or EXCEL. It's easier to find a job.
