As an additional reminder.
I stayed in the wild British Isles for nearly a month (in real time), and I was badly abused at first. Later, I saw that hkxkyo's game strategy survived and gradually got started. The following are some personal experiences gained after 800 days of game time, which supplement the Raiders:
1, the cost for a farmer to upgrade to the top elite infantry is staggering. For example, a senior Saxon soldier needs 2000, 100, which is 200,000. No amount of money can afford it, so try not to train by yourself. Don't sell all the heavy infantry you caught (it is suggested that you can keep all the third-order soldiers), and you have to endure poverty.
2. Build a carriage as soon as possible, mainly for storing surrendered soldiers. In the caravan, they won't run away because of morale problems (never let the carriage trade, there will be bugs).
3. Captain, Danish Marauder and Frank Marauder are all top infantry, but hkxkyo seems to have written the salary wrong (I am in charge of level 6, the salary of these three pirates is around 120, and that of elite regular infantry is 57). When there are these three kinds of pirates among the prisoners, try not to hand over the Franks, because their equipment is uneven and many of them don't wear any physical defense.
4. Players should try to get the longest weapon. Spears can immediately and effectively distance themselves from the enemy. In Britain, even the best equipped players are likely to be abused as long as they are surrounded by five farmers. So, try to use the long-pole weapon immediately to keep you moving quickly and avoid getting close to the enemy (the longest spear I have ever seen is 240+, followed by the Roman imperial spear, 230+).
5. Long-range weapons are too small for players. Players don't need to practice bowing. Four squares, one-handed axe, one spear and two shields are better. Britain is not a world of personal force, and the number of enemies you kill does not play a key role. It's best to strengthen your defense as much as possible, and don't hurt yourself, which will make you disabled (lower the attribute point).
6. This is a very personal and subjective view: because Ka joined the team late, I mainly gave her agility and plunder, and other attributes were not high (strength 1 1, wearing 42 armor), but in 800 days, her kill count was 400+, even higher than that of Ge Wenlin with strength 3 1.
7. Don't recruit scum lords no matter how difficult it is in the early days of independence. There are a lot of lords in Britain anyway. If there are 10 good people, you will dominate one side. It is best to seal off the NPC in the early days (Baudrot is a good man, and he can be made a Lord when he comes to power. At present, he is only found to be an excellent NPC.
