First of all, job hunting depends on your resume, so you should make a beautiful resume. Your resume doesn't have to be fancy, just be generous and decent.
Clothes, in fact, don't have to be too formal, but you can't wear them casually. You can wear them gracefully and cleanly.
Determine the position you want to choose before the interview, and don't blindly submit your resume, otherwise you won't know what kind of job you should choose.
Don't ask too many companies, don't always look down on the top, and start slowly from the grassroots.
Be polite in the interview. If you are impolite, no one will accept it.
When they ask questions, they will answer no. Don't talk too much, don't be too conceited and always be nervous.
Second, the concept of crew:
Crew refers to all personnel on board, including the captain. Captain, driver, chief engineer, engineer, electrical engineer, telegraph operator (this post was basically abolished after 2000, and the driver acted as the agent) and political commissar (basically all state-owned enterprises in China) must be held by people with corresponding certificates of competency. China crew members of international navigation ships must hold seamen's certificates and relevant certificates issued by People's Republic of China (PRC) harbour superintendency administration.
