Most waterproof materials in other locations are not protected by 50-unit-thick extruded polystyrene board, but directly backfilled with construction waste, and the whole waterproof is completely destroyed. 3. According to the general plan of water supply and drainage design, the outdoor municipal road water supply and drainage is not protected by yellow sand, but directly backfilled by construction waste. After a few years, the water supply pipeline in the community will be damaged and rotted, and it will not be used after a few years. 4. Cut corners on the roads inside the residential area, and the roadbed is not done according to the requirements of the drawings. The construction drawings require the roadbed to be paved with 20 cm of gravel first, but the developer failed to do so in order to save costs, resulting in a large area of residential roads collapsing. Others, such as walls, indoor elevators, flues, terraces, stairs, and residential greening, have serious problems of cutting corners, and there are great security risks in the quality of the project, which is far from meeting the requirements of the owner's acceptance.

Quality problems are not only reflected in the water leakage of the house itself, cutting corners, the substandard greening of the community infrastructure, and the collapse of the road surface just after delivery, which is even more shocking to the owners!
The majority of owners are desperate for leaking walls, collapsed roads and elevators that cannot be taken! And since June, I have communicated with the developers on the above issues and put forward the demands of the owners. However, the representative of the developer is perfunctory, shirking responsibility and not solving any practical problems. They refused to admit that there were quality problems in the project on the grounds of the acceptance certificate issued by the authoritative organization.
There is no doubt that there is a significant interest transfer relationship between developers and quality inspection departments under this ironclad fact! Otherwise, how can such a serious quality problem be accepted? In addition, the owner's complaints to jtv and other local media have not received any feedback! Hundreds of owners have nowhere to petition, complain and report. They can only spontaneously report the corruption and bribery of the relevant responsible persons such as the Housing and Construction Bureau, and handle the completion record of Xinli Xiyuan's serious unqualified quality without authorization. At present, the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and the District Commission for Discipline Inspection have officially accepted the real-name reporting request.
In the case that the rights and interests were not guaranteed and the legitimate demands could not be resolved, 100 owners spontaneously organized and jointly sued the Housing and Construction Bureau, the quality supervision station and other units in the Nanchang Railway Transport Court on June 20 19, demanding that the above units be ordered to cancel the project completion acceptance and filing issued to "Xinli Xiyuan" according to the provisions of the Building Law, and ordered the Housing and Construction Bureau to supervise the developers according to the full set.
