Cui Xiaodong, male, 1953, is a native of Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province, and his ancestral home is Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. Professor, Central Academy of Fine Arts. 1977 graduated from Central Academy of Fine Arts, lecturer of Beijing Coal Management Cadre College. 1988 graduated from the Chinese painting department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts with a master's degree. Cui Xiaodong is good at landscape painting, and his works inherit the orthodox tradition of China's landscape painting, with elegant style and profound nature. He made in-depth study and reference to the masters of the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, especially in the aspect of pen and ink language, mastered solid professional basic skills, and gradually formed his own profound and dignified artistic style on the basis of inheriting the tradition, which attracted the attention of painting circles. He is regarded as a painter with great artistic development potential.

Cui Xiaodong/Kloc-started publishing at the age of 0/8, and has held solo exhibitions and joint exhibitions in China Art Museum, Shanghai, Singapore, Taiwan Province Province and Japan. His works have participated in the 7th (Modern People) and 8th National Art Exhibition, and Reflection on History was selected as 1985 "International Youth Art Exhibition" and won the prize, and several personal paintings were published.
