From 2003 to 2005, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow in Tsinghua University Civil Mobile Station, studied in the United States in 2005, and was promoted to professor in 2006. At present, he is the director of steel structure teaching and research section of Shandong Jianzhu University, director of steel structure research institute, member of China Steel Structure Association and member of china civil engineering society.
