Tolin Temple is a famous temple in Jinshan District, Shanghai, located in Zhujing Town, southwest of Shanghai, formerly known as Kannonji. Founded in the first year of Yuan Dynasty 1308. Unlike those antique temples, Tolin Temple presents a magnificent momentum instead. Here, you can see the "highest bronze gate" of the 33.354 million Buddhist Temple in Kiness, the highest indoor Guanyin statue and the unique outdoor 500 Luohan Mountain in China, and feel a different Buddhist atmosphere.

In the past 700 years, the incense in Toringi has flourished, but it has been built repeatedly due to war and fire. Before the last reconstruction, there was only one main hall in the whole temple, and the incense remained the same. In recent years, after comprehensive expansion, the brand-new Torinji was presented to people in 2007.
