Li Shiming, male, born in July 1968, is a senior middle school teacher, a backbone teacher counselor of mathematics classroom teaching in Changde city, an innovative scientific and technological talent in Changde city, an outstanding teacher in Hunan province, the president of a thousand famous schools in China (attended the special training of the Ministry of Education on 200 1 and obtained a certificate), and an educational consultant in western China. After being openly selected by the city's principals, in March of 20 1 1, he served as the principal and secretary of the party branch of Changde Foreign Language School (namely Baimahu Middle School).
