First, find the installed PPT presentation, double-click to open it, create a new blank PPT presentation, drag the mouse to select two placeholder boxes, and press the delete key to delete.

2. Select the Insert menu, find the picture command under the Insert menu bar, and click the Insert Picture command to open the Insert Picture window. Find and select an ID photo in the Insert Picture window, and select it to insert the PPT slide page.

Third, still under the Insert menu bar, find the shape command in the Insert menu bar, find the ellipse shape in the shape, and click the ellipse shape to select the ellipse.

Fourth, press and hold the left mouse button, combine Ctrl and shift to connect an auxiliary key, and draw a proper circle on the slide. The size of a perfect circle is probably larger than the head of a photo.

5. Select the drawn perfect circle, right-click the command of setting shape properties to open the window of setting shape properties, find the filling setting of the shape in setting shape properties, and select No Filling, so that the perfect circle has only border lines.

6. First, select the photo of the ID card, hold down the Ctrl key to select the perfect circle, open the format menu, find the intersection point in the merged shape in the format menu bar, and click Apply to complete the effect.
