1987 graduated from the Mathematics Department of Shaanxi Normal University, and was assigned to teach in the Mathematics Department of Weinan Normal University in the same year. From July 2003 to June 2004, he worked as a researcher at Feng Jingen University. In March 2006, he received a doctorate in engineering from Feng Jingen University. In 2004, he was promoted to professor. In 2006, he was awarded the title of model teacher in Shaanxi Province, and in 2007, he was awarded the title of model worker and famous teacher in Shaanxi Province. Since 2000, he has served as the director of the Department of Mathematics and Information Science and the director of the Academic Affairs Office.
