The name of "Juanquan" is taken from the sentence "The wood is thriving, and the spring water begins to flow" in Tao Yuanming's "Gui Xi Ci", which means "Juanquan keeps flowing and prospers".

Juanquan Literature Society once hired Ms. Chao Jinping, Chairman of Bengbu Writers Association, a member of Bengbu Writers Association, a cultural celebrity of rural youth, Mr. Shi Fuming, a reporter of Bengbu Daily, and Ms. Chen Wenxiu, a member of Bengbu Writers Association, as honorary consultants, and now Ms. He Lei, a teacher from the Department of Culture and Education of Bengbu College, serves as the guidance of the community in the school.

Juanquan Literature Society is committed to the research and creation of prose, novels, poems and other styles. It has been awarded the titles of "excellent club" and "five-star student group" by the student group management Committee of Bengbu College for many times.

Juanquan Literature Society consists of six departments: president group, editorial department, office, finance department, external relations department and organization department, and implements the management system of the Council led by the president and vice president.

Juanquan Literature Society pays attention to the communication between the society and the society, and the literary societies inside and outside Bengbu College are United as brothers.

Juanquan Literature Society has a social newspaper Muxinquan and a social magazine Juanquan, with the aim of "humanity, youth and brilliance" and advocating people-oriented. It is a critical, romantic and fantastic literary world, which has really become a solid position for the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities, and has played an important role in carrying forward the literary spirit, encouraging more people to care about and participate in the development of literary undertakings, and cultivating college students' social practice ability.

The works of members of Juanquan Literature Society have won many awards in provincial and municipal competitions. Mu Xinquan is highly praised by teachers and students of Bengbu College for its originality and ideological content, and has become one of the important windows for foreign exchange of Bengbu College. The leaders of Bengbu College spoke highly of this publication.

From 2065438 to September 2004, Bengbu College produced the first micro-movie "Life is Only for Meeting", which tells the story of a couple from acquaintance to love.
