China's Danxia is a world natural heritage and the 40th world heritage in China. It meets the selection criteria of (vii)-(x) and consists of six series of nominated sites: Danxia Mountain in Guangdong, Jianglang Mountain in Zhejiang, Longhu Mountain in Jiangxi, Taining Mountain in Fujian, Lingshan Mountain in Hunan and Chishui Mountain in Guizhou.

From 1993 to 2006, Peng Hua proposed that Danxia Mountain should be declared as a World Heritage Site, and did a lot of preliminary work. In 2006, the Ministry of Construction decided to declare the Danxia landform world heritage in China; In 2007, the preparation of the application text materials was completed; In 2009, the nomination place of the outflow series was confirmed and the application materials were officially sent to UNESCO; August 2065438 1, successfully listed in the World Heritage List under the name of "Danxia, China".
