Zhou Qinghua,/kloc-0, born in May, 1968, graduated from the Central Party School. He has served as deputy director of the Production and Construction Department of the Agricultural Committee of the Autonomous Region, deputy director of the Immigration Development Department, deputy director of the General Office of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region, deputy director of the Secretariat, director of the Comprehensive Second Division, secretary of the Longde County Committee, member of the Standing Committee of Guyuan Municipal Committee, minister of propaganda department, member of the Standing Committee of Zhongwei Municipal Committee, and secretary-general. He is currently the deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region, and is proposed to be the Party Secretary and President of Ningxia Daily Newspaper Group.

Zhu Jun, born in1September 1999, 1963, graduated from the Central Party School. He has served as deputy secretary and deputy director of the Office of the Financial and Economic Committee of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of the Autonomous Region, and director of the Economic and Legal Department of the Legal Committee. He is currently the deputy director of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of the Autonomous Region, and is proposed to be the director of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of the Autonomous Region and a member of the government party group. Nominated as the deputy director of the Legal Affairs Committee of the People's Congress of the Autonomous Region.

Chen Hongbin, Manchu, 196 1 was born in August, with a postgraduate degree from the Central Party School. He has served as Deputy Director of the Third Secretary of the General Office of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region, Director of the Information Research Department, Deputy Director of the General Office of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region, and Deputy Secretary General of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region. He is currently Deputy Secretary-General of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region, Inspector of the General Office, Director of the Internal Affairs and Judicial Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of the Autonomous Region, and member of the Party Group of the organ. He is nominated as the deputy director of the Internal Affairs and Judicial Work Committee of the People's Congress of the Autonomous Region.
