I am familiar with the use of 5W2H, 5M 1E, and analyzed and improved the quality control and measurement of PDCA in on-site work: I am familiar with seven QC tools, digital micrometer, vernier caliper, height and depth meter and other precision measuring instruments, and I am familiar with injection molding machines: I am familiar with FANUC, Sumitomo, Nippon Steel, Sourdis, etc. Engel and other injection molding machines, disassembly machines: familiar with star molds: familiar with ordinary plastic molds, hot runner molds and core-pulling molds; thermoplastic materials: deeply understand the material properties of plastic raw materials and parts such as PC/ABS, PPS, PC, PS, ABS, POM, PMMA, PA, LCP, and rubber materials, and have a deep understanding of product types: camera housings, frames, optical lenses, etc. Precision products such as connectors have molding experience. In terms of molding technology, according to machine performance, mold structure, product shape, glue injection mode and material performance, we should make reasonable consideration, set processing conditions such as appearance and size, analyze the causes of defects and improvement measures in time, and be able to independently maintain and carry out simple injection molding peripheral equipment maintenance, daily maintenance and simple maintenance, and be familiar with computers.
