Jinzhou, also known as the Splendid State, is a prefecture-level city in Liaoning Province, a central city in western Liaoning Province of China approved by the State Council, and an important industrial and port city in Liaoning Province. In the first year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty, the middle, left, right and third villages of Guangning were named Jinxian County, and Guangning House was established in the third year of Emperor Kangxi, which was soon revoked. In the fourth year of Qing Emperor Kangxi, Jinzhou Prefecture was established, and after the founding of the Republic of China, abandoned houses were set up in the county. At that time, all counties were under the jurisdiction of Fengtian Liaoshen Road, which was abolished in 1928.
