Jinzhou, also known as the Splendid State, is a prefecture-level city in Liaoning Province, a central city in western Liaoning Province of China approved by the State Council, and an important industrial and port city in Liaoning Province. East longitude 120 degrees 43 to 122 degrees 36, north latitude 40 degrees 48 to 42 degrees 08. It is a transportation hub connecting North China and Northeast China. Jinzhou governs 3 districts, 2 counties and 2 county-level cities, with a total area of 1030 1 km2.

In the first year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty, the middle, left, right and third villages of Guangning were named Jinxian County, and Guangning House was established in the third year of Emperor Kangxi, which was soon revoked. In the fourth year of Qing Emperor Kangxi, Jinzhou Prefecture was established, and after the founding of the Republic of China, abandoned houses were set up in the county. At that time, all counties were under the jurisdiction of Fengtian Liaoshen Road, which was abolished in 1928.
