Lubei Town belongs to Zhalute Banner, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is located in the middle of Zhalute Banner, bordering Huanghuashan Town and Lao Dao Dusumu in the east, Gadasu Farm in the south, Xiangshan Town in the west and Julihe Town and Rigen Uuttala Farm in the north. Lubei Town covers an area of 1374.04 square kilometers.

By June 2020, Lubei Town had jurisdiction over 10 communities, 33 administrative villages and 3 village-level units.

Lubei Town is located in the transition zone from the low hilly area at the south foot of the middle section of Daxing 'anling to Songliao Plain, belonging to the low hilly area.

From the northern short mountain to the south, the terrain is flat, with 653 square kilometers of hills and 330 square kilometers of plains.
