How does HR review candidates' resumes?
As a provincial branch of a national company, HR faces a large number of job resumes every day. This is my job, and I will open every one for review, but the resume I expect is like this:

1, neat appearance, business, and graded binding. But not too thin and not too thick! 2-3 pages of resume, I basically don't read it carefully. You are not sincere enough to apply for a job, and you are so perfunctory about your most important things. How can I expect you to take your work seriously? Too thick, there will often be too many useless details piled up, and the weakness of your inductive ability will be exposed.

2. The format is normal. The fonts are usually Song Ti and Xiao Wu. The basic design of spacing head-up and title is completed. This is a demonstration of your office ability.

3. Personal work experience is described properly. Many people's work experience is just a timeline of running accounts. It doesn't mean anything to me. What I need is, when I see what you have done, what you have learned from this work, what you have gained and what you have grown up. Therefore, there should be a simple description of the work content and achievements.

4. Don't be too unconventional in your resume. Unless you are applying for a position related to design or art, too eye-catching design will backfire.

5. Sincerity. Express your work experience, personal strengths, or advantages and disadvantages appropriately. Don't brag, please believe that our HR is well informed, and now we have to take a breath. After the interview, the general plagiarism and bragging will be revealed.

Finally, I wish all job seekers a good performance and a good harvest.
