Chen Xiao. The last mayor of Songyuan City in Chen Qiang was Chen Xiao. Originally a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Jilin Province, it is located in the northeast of China, in the middle and west of Jilin Province, at the junction of Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia and Jilin provinces, bordering Changchun and Siping in the southeast, Baicheng and Inner Mongolia in the west, and Heilongjiang across the Songhua River, Nenjiang River and Lalin River in the north.
