Decision of Huaibei Municipal People's Government on Amending the Measures for the Administration of Domestic Waste in Huaibei City (for Trial Implementation)

In order to maintain the unity of the national legal system, it is decided to make the following amendments to the Measures for the Administration of Domestic Waste in Huaibei City (for Trial Implementation) (Decree No.2004). Article 55 of the municipal government):

Thirty-seventh is amended as: "In violation of the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 22 of these measures, the urban management department shall order it to make corrections if it fails to put domestic garbage in a designated place; If the circumstances are serious, the unit shall be fined between 50,000 yuan and 500,000 yuan, and the individual may be given a warning and punished in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations. "

This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

The measures for the administration of urban domestic waste in Huaibei (for Trial Implementation) are revised according to article 37 of this decision and re-promulgated.

Decision of Huaibei Municipal People's Government on Abolishing the Measures for the Administration of Setting off Fireworks and Firecrackers in Huaibei City

The Regulations on the Administration of Fireworks and Firecrackers in Huaibei City was promulgated and implemented 202 1 1. In order to maintain the unity of the national legal system, it was decided to abolish the Measures for the Administration of Fireworks and Firecrackers in Huaibei City (promulgated by Decree No.54 of Huaibei Municipal People's Government on August1KLOC-0/2008).

This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
