In this paper, the joint application of pressure cable sensor and CCD system in anti-theft, monitoring and monitoring is studied. According to its characteristics, it can be used for monitoring in prisons, reform-through-labour institutions and drug rehabilitation centers. It can also be used in museums, homes, etc. , play the role of anti-theft. In these application fields, the sensor's concealment and timely understanding of the field situation are required, so the pressure cable sensor and CCD are used together. This kind of sensor is not easy to be found, and it can play a better role in anti-theft and monitoring when used with CCD.
With the development of science and technology, people demand more and more anti-theft monitoring products for public utilities or private needs. People require high efficiency, high performance (such as being able to adapt to special environments such as high temperature and low temperature at the same time), low cost and simple operation. This topic is to meet this social demand.
Survey (social survey):
Sensor technology is one of the important technologies in modern measurement and automation systems. From the development of the universe to the exploration of the seabed, from the process control of production to modern civilized life, almost every technology is inseparable from sensors. Therefore, many countries attach great importance to the development of sensor technology. For example, Japan lists sensor technology as one of the six core technologies (computer, communication, laser, semiconductor, superconductor, sensor).
Among all kinds of sensors, pressure sensor has the advantages of small volume, light weight, high sensitivity, stability and reliability, low cost and easy integration, and can be widely used for measuring and controlling pressure, height, acceleration, liquid flow, flow, liquid level and pressure. In addition, it is also widely used in water conservancy, geology, meteorology, chemical industry, medical and health fields. Because this technology is a combination of plane technology and three-dimensional machining, and it is easy to integrate, it can be used to make sphygmomanometer, anemometer, water speedometer, pressure gauge, electronic scale and automatic alarm device. Pressure sensor has become a kind of sensor with the most mature technology, stable performance and the highest cost performance.
CCD is widely used in digital photography and astronomy, especially in high-speed photography such as optical telemetry, optical and spectral telescopes, and lucky imaging. CCD is widely used in video cameras, digital cameras and scanners, except that the camera adopts dot matrix CCD, that is, it includes X and Y directions for shooting plane images, while the scanner adopts linear CCD, and the scanning in X direction is only completed by the mechanical device of the scanner.
There are two kinds of CCD processing technology, one is TTL technology and the other is CMOS technology. TTL and CMOS on the market now are actually CCD, but the processing technology is different. The former is milliampere power consumption, and the latter is microampere power consumption. The CCD imaging quality of TTL process is better than that of CMOS process. CCD is widely used in industrial and civil products.
The research method to be adopted: (write down the research method and implementation plan of this topic in detail)
(1) According to the characteristics of pressure cable sensor, the detection front-end circuit is designed to meet the characteristics of high temperature and low temperature resistance. If there is a cross-border situation, the cable pressure sensor will alarm after detecting the situation, and the CCD will monitor the field situation, and send the sensor alarm signal and CCD monitoring signal to the same gateway node, and then the gateway node will send the signal to the upper computer in a wireless way.
Among them, the microprocessor of the gateway node adopts a simplified 5 1 core.
The overall structure diagram is as follows:
(2) The front-end circuit mainly includes pressure module and CCD module. The pressure module comprises a pressure sensor unit and a signal amplification unit, wherein the pressure sensor module is used for sensing the external pressure and converting the pressure into a differential voltage value, and the signal amplification unit is mainly used for amplifying the input voltage signal and converting the differential signal into a single-channel voltage signal.

1. It is widely used in computer, robot and automatic control technology. Practical applications are very extensive, from CNC machine tools to automobiles to household appliances. Many factors, such as the installation and connection mode of the sensor, will affect the measurement results of the sensor. Only through practice and hands-on use of the sensor can we know how the sensor should be connected with other circuits and how it can work normally. The pressure sensor we usually use is mainly made of piezoelectric effect, also called piezoelectric sensor.
The main piezoelectric materials used in piezoelectric sensors include Synchro, potassium sodium tartrate and dihydrogen phosphate. Among them, Yingshi (silicon dioxide) is a natural crystal, and piezoelectric effect is found in this crystal. Piezoelectric properties always exist in a certain temperature range, but when the temperature exceeds this range, piezoelectric properties disappear completely (this high temperature is called Curie point).
Piezoelectric effect is the main working principle of piezoelectric sensor. Piezoelectric sensor can not be used for static measurement, because only when the loop has infinite input impedance can the charge after external force be retained. This is not the case in practice, so it is decided that piezoelectric sensors can only measure dynamic stress.
Piezoelectric sensors are mainly used to measure acceleration, pressure and force. Piezoelectric accelerometer is a commonly used accelerometer. It has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, light weight and long service life. Piezoelectric accelerometer has been widely used in vibration and impact measurement of aircraft, automobiles, ships, bridges and buildings, especially in aviation and aerospace fields. Piezoelectric sensors can also be used to measure the internal combustion pressure and vacuum degree of the engine. It can also be used in military industry, for example, to measure the change of bore pressure and muzzle shock wave pressure at the moment when a gun bullet is fired in the bore. It can be used to measure large pressure and small pressure.
2.CCD image sensor, namely CCD image sensor. It can convert image data from optical signal to electrical signal, and it is an indispensable imaging element to enter the image world. Compared with the traditional camera tube, CCD image sensor has the advantages of small size, light weight, power saving, low price, long life, strong impact resistance and no influence of magnetic field.
For multi-surveillance camera system, it is hoped that all video input signals will be synchronized vertically, so that the picture will not be distorted when the camera output is changed. However, in a multi-camera system, the power supply of each camera may come from different phases of the three-phase power supply, or even the whole system is not synchronized with the AC power supply. At this time, the measures that can be taken are: all the synchronization signals generated by the same external synchronization signal generator are sent to the external synchronization input terminals of each camera for synchronization adjustment, so as to obtain appropriate vertical synchronization, and the phase adjustment range is 0 ~ 360.
The core of CCD photosensitive element is photodiode, which generates output current after receiving light irradiation, and the current intensity corresponds to the light intensity.
In addition to the photosensitive diode, the photosensitive element of CCD also includes storage units for controlling adjacent charges around it, but the photosensitive diode occupies a large area, which means that the effective photosensitive area of the photosensitive element of CCD is large, and it can receive a strong optical signal under the same conditions, and the corresponding output current is also very strong, indicating that the image content taken in the output result is rich and clear;
Working principle: The photosensitive element generates corresponding current after receiving illumination, and the magnitude of the current corresponds to the light intensity, so the electrical signal output by the photosensitive element is analog. In CCD, each photosensitive element directly outputs the electrical signal to the storage unit of the next photosensitive element without further processing, and outputs the analog signal generated by this element to the third photosensitive element after merging, and so on, until the signal merged with the last photosensitive element finally forms a unified output. Because the electrical signal generated by the photosensitive element is very weak, it is impossible to directly carry out analog-to-digital conversion, so these output data must be uniformly amplified, which is the responsibility of the amplifier in the sensor. After being processed by the amplifier, the electrical signal intensity of each image point increases by the same amplitude. However, because CCD itself can't carry out AD conversion, it needs a special A/D conversion chip to process it, and finally it is output to a special DSP processing chip in the form of binary digital image matrix.
