Zhang Zhongjie is a researcher at the Institute of Geology and Geophysics, China Academy of Sciences.
Zhang Zhongjie, male, born in April, 1964, graduated from Changchun Institute of Geology with a doctorate 199 1. Now he is a researcher and doctoral supervisor at the Institute of Geology and Geophysics, China Academy of Sciences.

Main research interests: 1, seismic wave propagation and imaging in complex media; 2. Processing and interpretation of various observed seismic data in typical tectonic domain.

Main scientific research experience and achievements: successively presided over the Eighth Five-Year Plan, the Ninth Five-Year Plan (B), the National Natural Science Foundation and the 863 Youth Fund of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Seismic wave propagation, mathematical simulation and migration imaging in anisotropic media are deeply studied. A beneficial exploration has been made in studying the fine structure of the earth (anisotropic structure and CDP reflection image reconstruction) by using wide-angle reflection seismic data. Co-published monograph 1, translated work 1, published more than 60 academic papers in academic journals at home and abroad, and successively won the first prize of Young Scientist Award of China Academy of Sciences.
