General Li Yutang was killed by Kuomintang authorities in Bitan. Li Yutang (1899 February 7th-195 1 February 5th), a native of Guangrao County, Shandong Province, was born in March 1899 to a landlord family in the west of Dawangqiao, Guangrao County, Shandong Province. 1924, Li Yutang was admitted to the first phase of Huangpu Military Academy. During the famous War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period, he was a lieutenant general of the Republic of China. They are called Wang Yi with Li and Wang. From 1939 to 10-1942 to10, the Japanese troops assembled and invaded Changsha for three times. Li Yutang led a heavy blow and won three famous victories in the history of the Anti-Japanese War.

Li Yutang led the body to Hsinchu, Taiwan Province, and was expelled from the army again. Then he was arrested because his wife, Chen Bolan, had contact with the underground party of the Communist Party of China. General Li Yutang was arrested mainly for exposing his adjutant Li Gang's rebellion. After Li Gang was arrested, he was punished. However, he admitted that Li Yutang's wife and her brother-in-law Chen Shiqing went from Hongkong to Hainan to fight against Li Yutang.
