The Communist Youth League branch is the basic unit of the work and activities of the Communist Youth League and the most basic organization of the League. It has the most direct and extensive contact with the youth of the League members, and it is the display terminal of all the work of the League. Enterprises, rural areas, government agencies, schools, scientific research institutes, streets, companies of the People's Liberation Army, squadrons of the People's Armed Police Force and other grass-roots units shall establish league branches with more than three members.
