1, family environment analysis:

My family's financial ability can only maintain a normal life, and my study fee is a full loan. My parents' jobs are not stable enough, so their income is unstable. The family culture atmosphere is general, my sister is a doctor, my sister plays the piano very well, and my parents didn't finish the nine-year compulsory education, but at least they supported us to finish the university course.

2, school environment analysis:

I study in Tianjin Medical University, with a general living environment, complete teaching facilities and advanced teaching level, but the school pays more attention to graduate students, and we undergraduates are not paid attention to.

Although the Department of Preventive Medicine is not the best subject in the whole school, its specialized courses are widely praised, and the employment rate of graduates is 100%. The teaching quality is high and the teachers are strong. Generally speaking, the overall teaching is good.

3, social environment analysis:

The competition for talents in China is becoming more and more fierce, the employment of college students is difficult, and the unemployment rate remains high. All of them make our employment environment look pessimistic. Now the number of college graduates is gradually increasing, and the demand is gradually saturated. In some areas, gender discrimination still exists, and women's employment prospects are not very good.

4, occupational environment analysis:

In China, because preventive medicine is a new specialty, there is a great demand for talents in this field at present, and the social division of labor is ok and the prospect is good, but the professional knowledge and skills are not developed enough (it is best to go abroad for further study and do something practical) and the salary is not high.

5, industry environment analysis:

I hope to work in the CDC in the future. Preventive medicine is still in its infancy and not strong enough; But the employment scope is relatively wide, and now it can be used in medicine, food, health and so on. It is easy to find a job, but the salary is not high, and there is a lack of such high-end talents and technology in China.

However, after SARS, avian flu, swine flu and measles (which are raging every year), the state pays more and more attention to prevention, and is also advocating the training of talents in this field, CDC; It has been gradually established throughout the country; Now, I have to take more exams in order to navigate the above employment range more easily.
