In May 2002, Wang Xiaoge initiated the establishment of Jiaxian College Students' Federation in Nankai University.

In May 2002, Wang Xiaoge sent a letter to some classmates and friends, and the idea of setting up a federation was supported by everyone.

In June 2002, the Preparatory Committee of Jiaxian College Students' Federation was established.

On July 28th, 2002, the Preparatory Committee met in Jiaxian No.1 Middle School and agreed to set up a federation.

On July 30, 2002, the Preparatory Committee held a meeting in the Advanced English Group, adopted the draft articles of association, decided on the basic activities of the Federation, and decided on the candidates for the presidium, secretariat and ministers of major departments of the Federation.

On August 7, 2002, the head of the temporary organization of the Federation met in an advanced English group to discuss the work of the Federation. And in a high publicity association, I got strong support from senior leaders and teachers.

In September 2002 and beyond, the Preparatory Committee sent a letter to college students in the county, informing them of the idea of setting up a federation.

The presidium and the secretariat shall formulate the working regulations of the Federation (draft for comments) to solicit the opinions of members and college students in the county.

The Presidium and the Secretariat shall formulate Federation documents such as "Current Membership Measures".

The Presidium and the Secretariat appoint local liaison leaders to contact Jiaxian students all over the country.

Develop members, and the work of various departments will begin.

The idea of setting up the Federation in June 5438+October 2002 10 was widely supported by everyone. The presidium received a congratulatory letter from the students, and the members of the presidium and the main person in charge received a congratulatory phone call from everyone.

In 2003 1 month, the Presidium decided to change the formal organization form of the Federation into the form of general meeting-Council-Standing Council-Secretariat-subordinate institutions and branches.

The presidium decided to formally establish the Winter Holiday Federation, and held the inaugural meeting and the first general meeting of all members in No.1 Middle School.

On October 22nd, 2003, a meeting was held in the conference room of Jiaxian No.1 Middle School to discuss the establishment of the Federation.

On March 23rd, 2003/KLOC-0, the inaugural meeting of Jiaxian University Student Union and the preparatory meeting for the first membership meeting were held in the conference room of Jiaxian No.1 High School. Members of various departments, local leaders and some returned students attended the meeting.

Winter vacation in 2002.

At 8: 30 a.m. on 25th, 2003 1 Month, the inaugural meeting of Jiaxian College Students' Federation was held in the conference room of Jiaxian No.1 Middle School. Leaders of the four major teams of the county attended the meeting to congratulate, and Xu Hemin, secretary of the county party committee, delivered a warm speech.

At two o'clock in the afternoon, the first general meeting of Jiaxian College Students' Federation was held in the conference room of Jiaxian No.1 Middle School.

The meeting adopted the articles of association of Jiaxian College Students' Federation and elected the first Council of the Federation. The plenary session of the Council elected the first standing Council, and elected the chairman and vice chairman.

On 26th, 2003 1 month, Jiaxian No.1 Middle School held a meeting of the Standing Council to decide the division of labor among the members of the Standing Council and the important work of the Federation. Convene a meeting of the board of directors to decide on the division of labor and ministerial candidates of the Federation.

In the afternoon, the Standing Committee held a ceremony to formally appoint Qin from No.1 Middle School, Teacher Zhao from No.2 Middle School as instructors of the Federation.

Working in summer vacation in 2003

On the morning of July 14, 2003, the meeting room on the fourth floor of Jiaxian No.1 Middle School held a working meeting of the Standing Committee of Jiaxian College Students' Federation to discuss the work plan and development plan of the Federation in summer vacation in 2003.

On the afternoon of July 14, 2003, the second meeting of the Board of Directors of Jiaxian College Students' Federation was held in Jiaxian No.1 Middle School. The meeting deliberated and adopted the work report of the Standing Council, approved the increase or decrease of the Standing Council and its members, and adopted the Constitution (Amendment) of Jiaxian College Students' Federation in principle. According to the opinions of the Standing Council, the meeting discussed and decided on the summer work plan of the Federation in 2003.

On the morning of June 5, 2003, the Jiaxian College Students' Friendship Association hosted by Jiaxian College Students' Federation was held in Jiaxian No.1 Middle School.

On the morning of June 65438+June 6, 2003, Jiaxian College Students' Federation held the "Jiaxian County Love Culture Lecture" in Jiaxian No.1 Middle School. The Standing Council of the Federation invited Liu Jizeng, an expert on the situation and culture of Jiaxian County, to make a report, and Director Kong of the Education and Sports Bureau made a speech.

On July 9, 2003 17- 19, Jiaxian University Student Union held the activity of "Jiaxian Culture Survey". A delegation of more than 30 students visited the Confucian Temple, Shanshan Guild Hall, Educated Youth Garden, Sufen and Wei Zi in Jiaxian County.

On the morning of July 24th, 2003 10, Jiaxian College Students' Federation's "Jiaxian Cultural Investigation Report" was held in the conference room on the fourth floor of Jiaxian No.1 Middle School. Ning Heping, secretary of Jiaxian County Party Committee and deputy head in charge of education, Liu Jizeng and Li Yanfeng, deputy directors of the County Party Committee Office, Kong, secretary and director of the Education and Sports Bureau, and Wang, secretary and director of the Cultural Tourism Bureau, attended the meeting to listen to the report. 2003 Lunar Winter Vacation Work

A meeting of the Standing Committee was held on 1 month 16, 2004, which decided on the winter vacation work plan and made specific arrangements for the winter vacation work.

On the afternoon of 1 month 17, 2004, the second meeting of the first member congress of Jiaxian University Student Union was held in Jiaxian No.1 Middle School (the second meeting of the first congress). Jin Tiejue, secretary of Tuanyong County Party Committee, Zhou Baoping, president of further education school, and Chen Zengwen, secretary of Party branch of No.2 Middle School, and other leaders attended the meeting. The delegation of Jin Tiejue sent a congratulatory message to the county party committee. The revised articles of association of Jiaxian University Student Union were reviewed and adopted, and the annual work report was made.

From 30th to 5th February, 2004/KLOC-0, the first Jiaxian College Students' Literature and Art Festival was held.

On October 30th, 2004/KLOC-0, Jiaxian College Students' Federation held the activity of "Jiaxian Education Survey". The delegation visited the County No.1 Middle School, No.2 Middle School, No.1 Experimental Middle School and Zhayuan Township Middle School.

On February 1 day, 2004 (the 11th day of the first lunar month), the first Jiaxian College Students' Cultural Festival sponsored by Jiaxian College Students' Federation was held in Jiaxian Normal School. The former is an entertainment program performed and sung by college students;

Zhang Xinshan, Chairman of the County Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Jin Tiejue, Secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee, Chairman of the Writers Association, Chairman of the Book Association and Chairman of the Music and Dance Association Zhao attended and delivered speeches, congratulating Mr. Zhao on his wonderful performance.

On February 2, 2004 (the twelfth day of the first month), the first "Jiaxian College Students Forum" was held at Jiaxian Normal School from 9: 30 am to12: 00 am. The theme of this forum is "paying attention to Jiaxian education", and the "Jiaxian education investigation team" reported the results of the education investigation. During the Cultural Festival, the Association organized college students to have social activities with their high school classmates, and had friendly exchanges with Class 3 (5), Class 3 (10) and Class 3 (1 1) of Jiaxian No.1 High School.

During the cultural festival, the person in charge of the association had a discussion with the teachers and editors of the magazine Sailing of Jiaxian No.1 Middle School and Plough Wind of No.2 Middle School.

During the Cultural Festival, the "Jiaxian College Student Journalist Group" of our Association carried out folk collecting activities, especially on the 16th day of the first month, the reporter group interviewed and filmed the bronze and yangko folk art exhibition competition in our county.

Work in the next semester of the 2003-2004 school year

Warm Plan: The Living Department organizes "caring volunteers" to communicate with senior three students: This semester, the Living Department recruited two groups of "caring volunteers" to communicate with associate members and senior three students, which won unanimous praise from senior three teachers, associate members and classmates. Mainly through organizing members of the Federation to serve as volunteers, one-on-one contact with probationary members and high school students, we can help high school graduates solve problems such as thinking and learning, so that they can overcome all kinds of difficulties, give full play to their talents and achieve excellent results in exams.

I will donate magazines to senior one and senior two: this semester, the Federation began to implement the plan of "donating magazines to senior one and senior two", which is in charge of the life department. The Ministry of Life has divided into three batches, and donated Learning (three volumes in the fifth, seventh and eighth periods) and Gold List of College Entrance Examination (three volumes in the third and fifth periods) to Grade One and Grade Two. The main contents of the magazine are college entrance examination guidance, exam-taking strategy, and voluntary reporting guidance in the late college entrance examination.

Working in summer vacation in 2004

From June 25th to July 20th, 2004 10, we held the Federation publicity training course.

From July11—— July 14, the training course accepts applications.

In July 16, the training course started.

The opening ceremony of the training course was held at 8: 30 am on July 17.

At 9: 00 am on July 17, 2007, the Federation held a meeting of heads and chairmen of local associations in normal schools.

In mid-July, alumni representatives from No.1 Middle School of the Federation participated in the special program of "Qinglong Theater" in No.1 Middle School of Jiaxian County, and presented plaques to No.1 Middle School.

In mid-July, the "Jiaxian College Students' Symposium" hosted by the County Party Committee Office and Jiaxian College Students' Liaison Office and undertaken by the Federation was held in the conference room of the County People's Congress. Liu Jizeng and Li Aitao, deputy directors of the office of the county party committee, Li, director of the confidential department, Xue Shunguo, head of the liaison office of Jiaxian college students, and more than 60 new and old leaders and members of the Federation attended the meeting. After the meeting, some responsible persons and Committee members visited the "Family-loving Training Course" being held by the Federation and exchanged views with the students, which was warmly welcomed by the students.

From July 22nd to 25th, the Federation organized a "Jiaxian College Students' Visiting Group" to visit cultural tourism units such as Confucian Temple, Educated Youth Garden and Garden in our county, as well as leading enterprises such as Zhongyuan Hong and Tianguang Group. The activity has achieved fruitful results. The members of the inspection team wrote their inspection feelings and reports, which were summarized into the overall inspection report of the Federation and submitted to relevant departments and units.

On the morning of August 10, the Federation held a "Jiaxian College Student Meeting" at the Teachers' Training School. Leaders and members meet and communicate with freshmen admitted to the college entrance examination this year. The old members introduced the study and life of the university to the freshmen, as well as the trains and routes around the country. At the meeting, the Federation arranged to receive new students from various regions and develop new members.

After the meeting, the Federation held a summer work summary meeting, summed up this year's summer work, arranged some final details of the summer vacation, and initially arranged the work activities for next semester.
