—— In Qianchanfang Village, Xindu District, Xingtai City
"Unexpectedly, the dilapidated stone old house in the mountains has become a new home ..." During the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, Li Jicheng could not restrain his inner excitement. He shows several villagers around every day, looking around. "We should plan well, and the small mountain village will have great development!"
My hometown Xingtai has a good name: the greenest place in Taihang Mountain. Li Jicheng is the secretary of the Party branch and director of the village committee of Qianchanfang Village, Xindu District, Xingtai City. This village is located in the depths of Taihang Mountain, with more than 250 people, more than 8,700 mu of mountain fields and only 200 mu of cultivated land.
Surrounded by mountains, trees are shaded, streams and springs are gurgling and birds are singing.
"In the past, we didn't rely on' Jinshan' for anything." Li Jicheng is not without regrets: the mountains are good and the water is good. Because of poor traffic conditions, chestnuts and other mountain products are unlucky, and good things can't be sold at a good price, or even rot in their hands.
Many young people have to go out to work in order to make a living. One stone house after another is empty and dilapidated.
From September 2065438 to September 2008, the 48km Kangda Line was opened to traffic, passing through 38 administrative villages in Xindu District, filling the traffic gap between Xinghe (Xingtai to Heshun, Shanxi) and Xingzuo (Xingtai to Zuo Quan, Shanxi), which not only facilitated the passage of people in mountainous areas, but also connected many scenic spots such as Tianti Mountain, Xiang Xing Ancient Town and Qiannanyu.
Qianchanfang Village near Kangda Line benefits from this.
20 19 several senior executives of a company in Beijing were playing along the Kangda line and happened to pass by Qianchanfang Village. Attracted by the beautiful environment and impressed by the simple folk customs, they decided to build a rehabilitation project here.
"We rented more than 200 stone houses in 22 yards, renovated them and repaired them as old as before." Li Pengyu, deputy general manager of Yunqingqing Yang Kang Hotel in Qianchanfang Village, said that after more than one year's construction, at present, 18 stone houses in five courtyards are being put into trial operation.
Elegant courtyard, lush green plants, brilliant flowers, tables and wooden beds in the house are rough and simple, and the country atmosphere is rich. Still the original structure, the old stone house has a unique flavor.
Mr. He, a family of four from Beijing, came here on June 65438+1 October1. During the day, they climbed up the mountainside and there was green everywhere. In the evening, the family sat in the yard watching the stars and the moon.
"Cauldron dishes, roasted chicken with chestnuts, leek noodles ..."10 On June 4th, Mr. He's two children danced happily on the winding stone road. They said, I didn't expect farm food to smell so fragrant, and I have never seen so many bright stars in the night sky.
The stone house in Qianchanfang Village, which has been dilapidated for many years, is "alive" again.
There are more and more tourists, and the villagers in Qianchanfang Village have benefited a lot. Native sweet persimmon, chestnut, apple, millet, etc. It has become a popular commodity for tourists to buy.
