Under normal circumstances, a store manager can be trained in three years, but this time the goal is to give all the skills of the store manager to an undergraduate within one year. On second thought, she hinted that I couldn't be a recruitment target for Uniqlo. Although the working hours are 40 hours a week, it requires you to devote all your time and energy to Uniqlo.
