Hubei province civil service examination candidates resume fraud can not pass the political review. In any of the following circumstances, the candidate for inspection shall not be determined as the person to be hired:

(1) is under the circumstances listed in Article 26 of the Civil Service Law;

(two) the acts listed in Article 59 of the Civil Service Law;

(3) Failing to meet the qualification requirements stipulated by the competent department of civil servants at or above the provincial level or failing to meet the relevant requirements for recruiting positions;

(4) The people's procuratorate decides not to prosecute or the people's court is exempted from criminal punishment according to law because of a fine for a single crime or if the crime is minor;

(5) Being influenced by admonishing conversation, organizing handling or disciplinary action. ;

(6) Being expelled from the Communist Youth League of China;

(7) Being dismissed by an organ or an organ (unit) managed by referring to the Civil Service Law for less than 5 years;

(eight) expelled from the school during the period of higher education;

(9) Having been found to have committed serious fraud in the national examination prescribed by law;

(10) Poor political quality, moral conduct, sense of social responsibility, awareness of serving the people and social credit, as well as other situations that are not suitable for employment as civil servants.
