Two directors of Panjin Public Security Bureau have been investigated. On May 14, the Supervision Committee of Liaoning Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection informed 10 that party member cadres of the political and legal system were subject to disciplinary review and supervision investigation, including Yao Xishuang, deputy secretary and deputy director of the Party Group of Liaoning Provincial Department of Justice.
Yao Xishuang was appointed Director of Panjin Public Security Bureau in May 20 13, and was transferred to Liaoning Provincial Department of Justice in June 20 17. The post of director of Panjin Public Security Bureau was subsequently taken over by Shen.
According to the public resume, Shen, male, Han nationality,/kloc-0 was born in March, 1969,/kloc-0 joined China in July, 1990, and/kloc-0 joined the work in September, 1990, with an in-service university degree and a master's degree.
Shen has been working in Liaoning province and worked in Liaoyang city in his early days. He has been a teacher of Liaoyang City Federation of Trade Unions Cadre School and a trade union officer of directly under the authority Municipal Committee.
1September, 993, Shen was appointed as the deputy secretary of the directly under the authority Youth League Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and he was a metre. At that time, he was 24. Half a year later,1March, 994, he went one step further and served as secretary of the directly under the authority Youth League Committee of the Municipal Party Committee (section chief).
Two months after becoming the section chief, Shen joined the Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department. From May 2000 1994 to July 2000, he successively served as the chief clerk and chief of the special research section in the provincial office.
Since July 2000, he has served as deputy director of the command center and director of the anti-terrorism work department.
In April 2005, Shen was appointed as a member and deputy director of the Party Committee of Huludao Public Security Bureau, and held this position for 7 years.
On July 20/0/2, Kloc was transferred to the Provincial Public Security Department again as the political commissar of the anti-terrorism work corps and the political commissar of the technical investigation corps. 20 17 replaced Yao Xishuang as the police chief of Panjin City.
In addition to Shen, several directors of the Municipal Public Security Bureau have been investigated in Liaoning this year.
On May 28th, the Supervision Committee of Liaoning Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection informed that Meng Wei, deputy mayor of Dandong City, secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, was suspected of serious violation of the law and was currently under disciplinary review and supervision investigation.
On August 12, the Supervision Committee of Liaoning Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection informed that Yang Jianjun, deputy mayor of Shenyang, secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, was suspected of serious violation of discipline and law, and was currently under disciplinary review and supervision investigation.
Li Wenxi and Xue Heng, former directors of Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department, were also investigated this year. Before being investigated, both of them had stepped down as vice-chairmen of the Liaoning Provincial Political Consultative Conference.
Li Wenxi was informed of the investigation in June+10, 5438, and served as the director of the provincial public security department from 2002 to 201/kloc-0. Xue Heng, who succeeded Li Wenxi, served as the director of the provincial public security department from 20 1 1 to 20 13, and surrendered himself voluntarily in August.
