Lan Wenchang: 1928 Born in Beijing, Wujiang County, Jiangsu Province.

General Duan Suquan was born in a peasant family on 1926. At the age of ten, Duan Suquan had already participated in the peasant movement. 1930, he joined the Communist Youth League, and soon after, he joined China. Since then, he has held a post in the party organization in his hometown.
