Lan Wenchang: 1928 Born in Beijing, Wujiang County, Jiangsu Province.
1940- 1944 studied in Zhicheng middle school.
1945 participated in the revolution in the urban engineering department of the Jinchaji border region at the end of the year, and then transferred to the communication liaison office of the Jinchaji military region.
1952- 1957 was admitted to study in Tsinghua University and worked in radar after graduation.
He was transferred to the navy from 65438 to 0975. After 1980, he participated in the research and trial production of the second largest electronic equipment in the navy and made great contributions to the construction of electronic equipment in China.

Introduction to General Duan Suquan:
General Duan Suquan was born in a peasant family on 1926. At the age of ten, Duan Suquan had already participated in the peasant movement. 1930, he joined the Communist Youth League, and soon after, he joined China. Since then, he has held a post in the party organization in his hometown.
After that, Duan Suquan did a good job in the organization, and then Sui Jun took part in the Western Expedition. 1934 to 10 served as secretary of the CPC Qiandong Special Committee and political commissar of the Red Army Qiandong Independent Division, and participated in leading the creation of Qiandong Revolutionary Base. Then he was injured in a battle and rested for a while. 1937 according to the organizational arrangement, I went to Yan' an Anti-Japanese Military and Political University for the third period of study. 1In July, 942, he served as secretary of Pingbei District Committee of the CPC and political commissar of Pingbei Military Division, leading the struggle to establish, consolidate and develop Pingbei Anti-Japanese Base Area.
After War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression's victory, Duan Suquan led his troops to recover Zhangjiakou, an important town in Saibei. Soon after, he served as the commander of the Jehol Military Region, and later served as the representative of the Communist Party of China in the 11th Regiment of Chengde Beiping Military Region Command. 1947 10 served as commander of the eighth column of the Northeast Field Army, leading his troops to participate in the winter offensive and the Liaoshen campaign. 1April, 949, he was transferred to Deputy Chief of Staff of Northeast Military Region.
After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), he successively served as air force commander of the Northeast Military Region, commander of the Second Air Force, commander of the North China Military Region, director of the Air Force Department of the Military Academy, director of the Strategy Teaching and Research Section of the Higher Military School, deputy director of the Fuzhou Military Region, vice president of the PLA Military and Political University, and political commissar of the Military Academy. 1955 was awarded the rank of major general, second-class August 1st Medal, first-class Medal of Independence and Freedom, and first-class Medal of Liberation.
