Wang Yingji, male,1born in April, 1955, Han nationality, born in Lingao, Hainan, graduated from the Central Party School, and was a second-class artist (calligraphy). He joined the work in July, 1973, and joined China in September, 1975. He is currently the vice chairman and deputy secretary of the party group of Hainan Provincial Political Consultative Conference.
