Introduction:
Xi 'an First Generation Tianjiao Kindergarten is located atNo.1Tang Fang Street, Xi 'an. It is funded by Xi municipal government and sponsored by all parties. By the municipal design institute and urban construction five companies. It covers an area of 2,800 square meters and has 200 square meters of ancillary works, which can accommodate more than 500 children aged 2.5 to 6. Cheng Andong, then secretary of the CPC Xi Municipal Committee, named it "the first generation Tianjiao Kindergarten". Xi's first generation Tianjiao Kindergarten officially opened in June 1994.
Xi 'an Shidai Tianjiao Kindergarten is a state-owned private kindergarten (institution) under the Xi Nursery Association. The management system is the principal (legal person) responsibility system and the staff employment system under the leadership of the Children's Education Association.
Since the opening of the first generation Tianjiao Kindergarten in Xi 'an 1994, it has followed the principle of "all for children, all for children", guided by "Kindergarten Work Regulations" and "Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline", and under the leadership of the training society, it mainly focused on laying the foundation, building the garden and coordinating all aspects in the early stage to ensure the first-class facility safety. After all the work in kindergarten is on the right track, the goal of "seeking innovation, breakthrough and promotion" has been put forward, and the guiding ideology of running the kindergarten has been established, such as perfecting personality, improving ability, artistic specialty, bilingual development, cultivating interest and encouraging creativity. Under the situation of deepening education reform, in order to comprehensively promote preschool education reform and implement quality education, and lay a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability; Systematic engineering has been carried out in education concept, scientific management, curriculum reform, environment optimization, personnel training and system construction. The kindergarten has made great progress in the past ten years by improving its self-image and gradually building a brand of running a garden.
There are 68 teaching and administrative staff in the kindergarten, including 3 principals and deputy principals, 3 preschool education directors 1 person, 3 kindergarten teachers1person, 4 nurses1person and 2 logistics personnel1person. The cultural level and professional ability of teachers and nurses have improved year by year, with 65,438 undergraduates and 39 junior college students majoring in preschool education.
Kindergarten has been rated as "advanced unit of early childhood education" in the district and "health care demonstration park" at the municipal level for many years, and it has become the "base park" for the research of English quality education in the tenth five-year plan period. In 2002, it was rated as an excellent unit in the supervision and evaluation of education by the District Education Bureau, and the Youth League Branch was rated as "Advanced League Organization", "Red Flag League Branch" and "Youth Civilization" by the Working Committee of the Municipal Government for many times, which laid a good foundation for the kindergarten by going up one flight of stairs.
In August, 2004, our garden visited Japan under the leadership of Fan Shi, president of the Children's Education Association, and established friendly relations with Songshan Kindergarten and Hotan Nursery School in Japan. Our garden also went to Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Shenzhen and other places to study and inspect, and had long-term exchanges and studies with colleagues in preschool education in provinces and cities.
At present, kindergartens have made development plans, implemented the strategy of developing kindergartens with distinctive brands and scientific research, and created first-class kindergartens with scientific educational concepts, excellent teaching teams, excellent educational environment and high-quality educational effects, making contributions to the development of Xi's preschool education.
