This is because the current virtual host does not support the connection mode of FTPoverTLS. FTPoverTLS means that the client explicitly requests (the client sends AUTHTLS command) to encrypt the FTP session. The virtual host server will reject the connection requesting TLS.

Solution:

Customers can set the FTP client to adopt normal FTP session mode without session encryption.

Take FileZilla software as an example. When the customer manages the site, "Encryption" is selected as "Use only ordinary FTP (not secure)".

After saving the site information, connect the virtual host server again, and the test is successful.
