Whether cfa level 1 passes or not depends on your personal wishes, but I suggest that you put it on your resume, which will be helpful to your application.

If you have passed CFA exam level 1, but have not signed up for CFA exam level 2, you can write CFA 1 (passed) on your resume.

If you have passed the CFA Level I exam and signed up for the CFA Level II exam, you can write CFA Level II CANDIDAT on your resume.
